Welcome to the 2023 Pop Warner Super Bowl and National Cheer & Dance Championships in Orlando, Florida.
Pop Warner Little Scholars welcomes all media and journalists covering the week-long event. However, we do request that media personnel do adhere to the following guidelines:
MEDIA CREDENTIALS:
If you are a member of the working media interested in covering the Pop Warner Cheer & Dance National Championship or the Pop Warner Super Bowl football championships we ask that you fill out the media credential form,
which you can find here. Media credentials are required for media to access the sidelines in football and to enter the arena for cheer and dance. Once the request has been processed you can pick up your credentials at the Will Call window at Camping World Stadium (football) and Orange County Convention Center (cheer and dance).
MEDIA ASSISTANCE:
If you are a member of the media working remotely and want to be updated with results of your local team please contact the Pop Warner Media Relations team at
[email protected]. The team can provide results and visual assets (photo and video) if you put in a request in advance of the competition or game,
ACCESS:
Credentialed media and photographers will have access to the Pop Warner Media Room, towers between fields and on-field access.
STATISTICS:
It is Pop Warner's policy not to keep stats on any individual players. Post-game team statistics will be provided, but individual statistics will not be. Should a journalist require individual game statistics, it is the responsibility of that journalist to keep them.

STILL PHOTOGRAPHERS:
Photographers must have credentials in order to be allowed on-field for still photographs. Photographers will be permitted on field before, during and after football games for still images. Pop Warner Little Scholars, Inc. reserves the right to deny photographers the right to shoot if it is felt necessary.

INTERNET ACCESS:
Wireless internet access is available for media at the event facilities.
